First, are you trying to remove them from your Kindle while still "owning" them so you can put them back into your Kindle 934 days from now? Or are you trying to completely delete them so there is no trace of them anywhere?
You can do both direct from your Kindle PW. You touch the title in your library screen and hold your finger on it for 3-4 seconds and a menu will pop up offering several options, one to remove it from the device and one to permanently delete it.
There may be other ways but that is the way I know for certain works. Doing it through file manager or other ways may have unforeseen consequences.
