For what it's worth, I'm attaching the copy I generated from the OP's polished file. The chapters are now in individual files and the align="right", etc. that trigger epubcheck errors have been cleaned up. I also removed the embedded Times New Roman font which seems to be done after the file was downloaded from Gutenberg.
