I am not aware of any such document, but I would happily link to it from the official pages if someone were to make one.
That particular story URL doesn't go to an existing story: "Story Not Found - Story is unavailable for reading. (A)". Nothing in FFF is going to fix that.
In general, fanfiction.net does not work 'out of the box' anymore in FFF. They use the CloudFlare service rather aggressively to block automated access.
FFF does have a couple features that can work around it, but they require more steps. See:
