Weird noise while reading

When I am reading I can constantly hear my libra making a weird electronic noises, that sounds a little like coil whine. I've had this before with an e-reader but only when turning the page. I'm rather bothered by it, because it's relatively loud: I can hear it from a distance of 40 cm. Is there something that can be done about this, in terms of fixing it myself, or sending it back? I do hope this is not normal behaviour from the libra 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
