That was almost as frustrating as the buyer would wouldn't send me her address. She paid with a money order, and had no return address on the envelope. It took 6-7 emails before she seemed to finally grasp that I couldn't ship her item if I didn't know where to send it. This was early eBay, long before PayPal.
I’ve had some of those trough the years, I always tell them I’m happy to ship the item wherever they want but if they want it hand delivered they have to come pick it up at the location of my choosing, many times I Iose patience and just delete the message and don’t reply, it’s either that or send them to a place where they don’t want to go.

I like to do business with straightforward no nonsense people, the ones that state what they want, how they want to receive the item and how their going to pay, hate to deal with people that send a message asking something, followed by another about the shipping, another about the payment, and so on, is it so hard to send one message with all the questions? And if you don’t reply right away they send you a message with ????, a sure sign we are not going to do business.

I have to applaud people that work in retail and service industries and have to deal with this kind of people, I can just ignore them but they have to be saints to deal with people regularly.
