Thanks for checking into this minor issue. I had a feeling I was not the only one who was affected by it. I just upgraded my Windows 10 PC to v5.35.0 and am getting the same error. I will back out the upgrade while a workaround or update is developed. When I look in Windows Explorer for the path listed in the details, I noticed it appeared there was no "python-lib.bypy.frozen" folder; but when I try to create one, it tells me that it already exists (I am seeing the hidden files).
