Weird. Those are entries that usually are Sub-Menu items of
File | Edit | Tools | View | Search | Plugins | Help[
Most of View is Tick boxes (enable to show item)
You might try a Resore current defaults (In EDITOR: Control-p):Toolbars (a side item)
