Question E-book Viewer app name on Ubuntu so I can purge reinstall?

I installed Calibre E-book Viewer on Ubuntu Software but cannot find it in $ sudo apt list --installed I can only find:

calibre/focal-updates,focal-updates,now 4.99.4+dfsg+really4.12.0-1ubuntu1 all [installed]

I accidentally uninstalled Python3 not in my sandbox but the base of my Ubuntu ASUS ROG G752VL. When the computer repair shop rebuilt my Ubuntu all the apps work but not Calibre E-book Viewer anymore. The viewer sometimes works but crashes unexpectedly it is very flaky.

I tried "sudo apt-get remove --purge calibre" and reinstall but that didn't fix it.

Attached are images of my Ubuntu crash report. It clearly shows issues with the Python dependencies.
