If a book has no chapter numbers, you can spare yourself from all the manual counting by:

I only just realized I could do this, so hopefully someone else will be spared the same pain.

If a book has no chapter numbers, you can spare yourself from all the manual counting by: opening in ebook-viewer.exe; opening the TOC; right-clicking on the TOC and copying all the entries; remove all the unwanted entries (e.g. copyright pages) putting it through a line numberer I only just realized I could do this, so hopefully someone else will be spared the same pain.
