Indeed it is the N greyscale icon. If you touch it 5 times it should take you to the screen with the option on Android Development Settings. I just tried it out and it takes me right to it.Like rcentros said, it worked also on the GL3. Maybe restart it and try it again? I did it after installing the latest update, so it should work out.
