No argument there. They pulled the same crap on the Glowlight 3. Like they refuse to learn. Hopefully like the 3, a firmware update will roll out doing away with the stupid partition.

I don't think going in to the store will do any good. When I worked there, the store and online were two different business and the Nook was more an online thing.
