The Elipsa DID do an update to 4.28.17925 at setup / first use.
A menu check for updates found none OTA.

Calibre updated (when I asked) to 4.30.18838

This has moved the Bluetooth from Beta features to Settings and now there is indication if it's on or off and saved devices.
