Clone old Kobo Glo inside a new Clara HD... how?

Hello dear "colleagues" lovers of e-ink,
I am in a bit of a pickle and I need your know-how:

in the past 4-5 years I have been using a Kobo Glo for a lot of sideloaded Epubs, and by now I have built a little library full of books with collections, bookmarks, higlighting, notes, etc... and I would hate to lose them all!
But, my Kobo Glo battery is going down really fast lately, so I gifted myself a new Clara HD, and now I'm facing the obvious issue: I can't seem to find a good way to "sync" or to "clone" the contents of my Kobo Glo inside the Clara HD!

I tried with Calibre and Kobo Utilities, but I can't find the right way to do it, and if I attach both e-readers at the same time, Calibre seems to see only the Clara, while Kobo Utilities will detect both of them at the same time... weird.

I can obviously copy and paste all the Epubs file from the Glo to the Clara, but I would like to copy also: collections + bookmarks + % of reading done on the book + highlighting + notes.
I don't need the stats of minutes of reading, sessions etc.

Any "easy" way to do this?
Thank you in advance!
