Last time I looked at the definitions for y'all, it was stated to be the plural form of you. Something like "used in addressing two or more persons" or "used to address a group of people that you are speaking to". I will admit the Urban Dictionary went a bit far with "Only an absolute idiot would use it as a singular pronoun."
