Why aren't there baby avocados.
I invented a salad of tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, Persian Fetta, and canned tuna. But if I just make it for me I only need half an avocado and I've yet to find a way of keeping a half an avo for much more than a half a day - tried lemon juice, olive oil, Alfoil.
Anyone have a secret - might try Mirin today.
