Yes and no. OBOK imports them into calibre with a file extension of .epub, but internally all the kepub-specific <span>s, <div>s, <script>s etc are still present. These days I use my own calibre Editor routine for removing these but I think the 'Modify Epub' plugin still has options which can strip (most of?) them.
Strictly speaking it would be more "correct" for the OBOK-imported file to have a .kepub extension, but that would probably lead to some user inconveniences.
