Hi all,

I updated my MAX 2 PRO to firmware 3.1 unfortunately and now I have a buggy Max 2 which freezes for no reason. Seems to happen when reading certain pdf with the native neoreader app.
Would any of you share old firmware, in order to allow me to downgrade my Boox max 2 pro?
I would like to ge back to 2.3.1 which worked fine for me.
Or 2.1.2 or even older firmware.
Thks for your help, because onyx refuses to share old firmware, saying they no longer own such old packages...
