My Conclusion
I have read 47 books - my goal were 40, so that went well.
I certainly enjoyed all of the books I read - some more than others, of course.
As to my "soft goals":
- 8 current fiction
- 20 female authors
- 1 "non-western" authors
- 11 classics
- 6 books with short stories
- 15 non-fiction
Short stories will not become my favourite reading material.
I have a strong tendency towards the classics - and why not?
I found Spotify to be a decent source for audio books - not the biggest selection and horrible search facilities, but still...
Reduced my
TBR pile from 694 to 671 - by reading but also by cleaning it out a bit.
