Comments Editor - OK and Cancel on Windows

Can someone remind me of how to 'press' 'the OK and Cancel buttons from the keyboard in the standalone Comments editor running under Windows 10.

I thought it was possible and I would have said the Alt+k and Alt+c accelerator key sequences would 'press' them, but that must be something else.

FWIW the Alt+h and Alt+n sequences switch to the HTML and Normal tabs, and Ctrl+Tab toggles between them. But other Alt+ sequences insert the character pressed with Alt, e.g. Alt+a inserts an 'a' in the text - which doesn't seem right to me.

Added: I want to edit my long-text Blurb columns in several hundred books - having to use the mouse is sub-optimal when editing text.
