I've never had a raised temperature, not even during my worst hot flashes did my temperature even got slightly raised. And believe me I've taken my temperature so many times over the last couple of months that there were times I gave myself an earache.
Mind you, I think my normal temperature is a bit on the high side (37C to 37.5C depending on the time of the day). But it's been so since I've started regularly taking my temperature since the beginning of the pandemic (yes, I'm paranoid).
I'll still have to wait and see how it goes when I'm doing things, that's when I got the hot flashes. But then I also have to take into account that my stamina isn't good at the moment; up until Monday I was sweating just taking a shower and getting dressed afterwards. But the last couple of days I've been noticing I'm feeling colder than before the operation at the same temperatures (or even higher temperatures). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the overheating is over.
