Yeah, but the easiest way is just to keep a peripheral associated with one device. Either that or turn off Bluetooth on devices that you're not using. Most peripherals can remember pairing to four devices or so.
Semi-unrelated: I thought that the format of this device is nice if it had sold for $30. Unfortunately, it's for disabled, presumed to be paid for by insurance and is $200!
