Thanks David, the matching thing is great !
I'm using it to sort out this unwieldy beast!

Info for other people: one reason Calibre wasn't finding all the books is that the Kobo wasn't registering them. I was putting on too many books at once.

When I put them on in smaller lots, it detected them all.

Now Calibre has found ALOT more!
