Well since y'all have shown me such kindness I thought I'd give you an update...

My forma arrived a couple of days ago! One of the last avab 32GB ones it would seem.
I ended up having to get it via a freight-forwarder, since Kobo don't want to send that size to Australia.

So far (apart from the power button, which is indeed quite hard to push in!) I'm loving it !

It feels as comfortable as I'd hoped - light in the hand, not unwieldy - and the screen does feel a lot larger than the Libra.

So far most of the large-column PDFs I've tried have had text that is not too small. The few exceptions I can deal with (I also have a Boox Note Air - tho that is alot heavier, and I'm mainly using that for note-making.)

The only small thing is that its not as easy to wrangle in the ol' one-handed-reading-on-the-dunny scenario !

I do feel obliged to check if its got any of the screen problems, tho I will probably ignore them if it does: partly because nothing is getting in my face, but also because there probably aren't any left anyway!
