The second error is probably because of the first. Calibre is seeing the books there, but, they are not valid. Epubs are zip files and calibre cannot open them. This is probably caused by the first error. The books might be invalid in the first place, or the copy error means the files are not copied into the library correctly.

The error, "OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument", is usually something to do with the filename or path. It could be Windows "protecting" directories it thinks you shouldn't touch. It could also be your username. If it has anything from the extended character set, that can cause problems.
