I have the same problem.
I cracked the .cbr file open.
The pages were inside folders (sorted by each chapter).
So reading a .cbr in the InkPad Color I got pages 01 from chapter 1, then page 01 from chapter 2 and so on.
To fix I need to either rename the pages to include chapters in front of the filename or PocketBook fixes their bugs and uses folder names in page ordering.
