I am not the own stating facts or speaking for others.

It is common principle that it is the person coming with a statement that has to back it up (not for others to prove it wrong). It is the basis principle.

I also agree the with Koboy that it is bad regarding opinions to claim to speak for other people than your self. That is really bad manners.
