Well here's a really good idea (NOT!!!)! Let's put heavily accented Slavic speakers to work on the unemployment benefits line! I just got a message saying they wanted to go over my benefits. At least I'm pretty sure that was the message. I'm not concerned as I am now employed, but if I was still struggling I think I would be pretty unhappy trying to explain my plight to a non English speaker and wondering why the hell they were working and I was not!
