Well, it's Friday Night, so it should be Pizza and Talisker Night. But I'm only doing half of that. It's also Christmas Eve, so I'm going with a Canadian traditional dish, a Tourtière. This is a French Canadian meat pie, traditionally served on Christmas Eve. It's a bit like "Irish Stew", in that EVERYONE's grandmother had a recipe for it, and all of them are different.
