offal - 1 pork larynx, 1 lung, 1 heart, 1 spleen, kidneys + large intestines
pork - 500g lard and jowls
rice - 180ml
cumin - 5ml
black pepper - 5ml
savory - 45ml
garlic - 1 small head
salt - 75ml
onions - 3 heads
vinegar (used with water to rinse large intestines)
And yes, that is 75ml of salt.
