I've done some more research and it seems that stomach problems are fairly common. Some people have a sensitive stomach and the oil can irritate it. Others don't absorb the CBD well and as a result get a stomach ache. The advice is to take the CBD 30-60 minutes after a meal instead of half an hour before a meal. I took mine on an empty stomach in the morning, and I never have a big breakfast. I expect, and hope, this will be the cause. I'll switch to taking it after dinner and see what happens.
This morning my stomach is feeling a lot better, not fully recovered but getting there. If all goes well I'll start taking the CBD again on Sunday or Monday. My body is already missing the CBD; I only slept a couple of hours. I'm glad we have call and collect now in the store and we only do it for three hours a day. I'm giving myself a day off from exercising and I'm going to take it easy today.
