I was told to unpack it onto the reader (main folder).
Then:
Press on/off
Press on/off together with forward/backward page buttons until it says "firmware updating" then follow instructions until the installation is complete. ...
Tested on Overdrive. Works! Thanks for sharing this. Hopefully all PocketBooks will soon be restored to full working order.
