Winning on vacation.

And no, haggis and black pudding are not quite the same. Black puddling also comes in versions made with and without blood. I tried the without once.

Haggis ingredients:
4 sheep stomachs as required
1.5kg lamb's pluck, (heart, lungs and liver)
600g of beef, or lamb trimmings or stewing steak
250g of suet
600g of oatmeal, (coarse)

Black Pudding ingredients:
pork - 1.5kg streaked meat
offal - 1 pork larynx, 1 lung, 1 heart, 1 spleen, kidneys + large intestines
pork - 500g lard and jowls
rice - 180ml
cumin - 5ml
black pepper - 5ml
savory - 45ml
garlic - 1 small head
salt - 75ml
onions - 3 heads
vinegar (used with water to rinse large intestines)

And yes, that is 75ml of salt.
