I have been using Download and Transfer via USB for a long while...with Alfs help after doing so
But last week Amazon for some reason did not like my password. I tried changing it but no luck on my phone and 2 tablets
They kept sending me OTP codes and I kept creating more and more new passwords
After no luck I chatted to Amazon through the webpage
4 hours later....my gadgets worked ok
However my 2 2nd generation kindles did not
But the Amazon person in the chat said give me their numbers and she said it was sorted
However now my 2 kindles will not work through send to usb and I do not like my old or new passwords to reregister
I am now getting more OTPs from Amazon to my phone
Cant cope with 4 hour chat to Amazon again And also worry my gadgetswont work either
As I say it took 4 hours last time
Am not well and really stuck!
