I will be visiting PA and FL but will check out the NYC library after my trip. One problem might be that I don't have a U.S. driver's license. I think I threw away my expired MD license along with my expired Baltimore County, MD library card. It's always a mistake to throw anything away!!! I do have a Costa Rica license but somehow don't think that will help. We have a Florida address and phone number (it's forwarded) so will give it a try. Thanks a lot for the help.
Can you get a State ID card from Florida?
