Exclamation Calibre (not responding)

please.

Since yesterday, I can't use my Calibre. I updated to the latest version, 5.34 on Friday.

I had plugged my Kobo in and had UL a few annotations from recent reads, and was in the middle of trying to copy/paste previously saved annotations into a review I was writing on Goodreads and it just stopped responding. I just turned it off as I was impatient and had other things to do.

Today I have opened Calibre and it will not allow me to do anything. Every time I try to click on something, it just shows the blue processing circle for some time then if I leave it, it stops and looks 'normal' again but if I try to click on something again, the same thing happens. If I shut it down via task manager and reopen it, the same thing happens. I have also rebooted my laptop (Windows 10 64bit) a few times and still the same. And I have gotten no error messages at any time since this happened.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
