I have a de-DRM epub file.
I underline impressive sentences while reading, and I am sad that many programs do not save this underline in an epub file.

What I'm saying is that the viewer program itself stores underlines, but this pub file does not store underlines.
Even if you underline it in PC calibre, there is no underline if you send the file to the mobile phone reader. Because the epub file remains the same.
It's possible to change the html code one by one in sigil(or calibre editter), but It takes too much time.
Is there any way to send the underlined line created while reading with calibre (or another e-book viewer) to the html code of the epub file?
