Also Focus Shift has nothing to do with it.
If it was just a Focus Shift issue then It would work on the second time I clicked the Replace button because the focus is shifted on the first Replace click and the search is already loaded in the find and replace dialog. But you can click the Replace and/or the Replace/Find buttons forever and it will not work.
