Calibre port alias?

First of all... Happy Holidays, Christmas is coming!

Just for the holidays, I have "given" to the street where I live, a virtual library that happens to cover a sector of a public park.

I use the normal Calibre program, on Ubuntu, on a latptop connected to a router, without internet connection (only intranet).

Right now Calibre assigned me the port 192.168.10.101:8080 for wireless communication.

Because I can configure the router, the WiFI is called:
"books on 192.168.10.10.101:8080"

The library is accessed from a browser by typing:
http://192.168.10.101:8080

But, although it is functional, I have two problems:

1) It is true that finding a WiFi that starts with "books on" is not difficult, but typing into the browser a numerical sequence of up to 16 numbers with additional dots is very complicated for potential users, many of them ladies or elderly people.

2) From time to time, perhaps due to electrical fluctuations or mood changes in the program, the content server assigns another port, so the Bookmarks they might have made stop working.

The only solution I can think of is to have an alias for the server that I can reassign in the router every time it automatically changes the name.

Is there any solution you know of for this struggling "librarian"?
