Thanks for these logfiles.

The error in the "log.txt" (importing an ACSM file) is due to a misconfiguration on the distributor's servers. ADE apparently ignores that, my plugin doesn't and returns an error / aborts the import. I'm going to fix this with the next version to make it ignore these errors, too, and then that ACSM file should work.
If you want to download this book right now, you can go into the plugin settings and disable the "Notify ACS server after successful fulfillment" option, and then it should work. You should enable that setting again afterwards, though.

The second error (the one in "debugfile.txt") is the DRM removal failing due to a missing key. According to the log, you are running the original DeDRM 7.2.1, not the one from noDRM's fork. Try removing that plugin and install noDRM's fork and that should work. You could also export your account key from the ACSM plugin and import it into your current DeDRM version, but there's other PDF-related issues in that plugin so it's probably best to switch to the fork.
