I just found it backwards from other Japanese manga reading apps that I've used even after changing the turn buttons to match. However, I don't recall altering the reading direction for the manga. That's not something I see in the Reading Settings. Also, I don't see an option for that in your Kobo Utilities plugin. Could you explain? Thanks!
