Uninstall (calibre) never remove settings or the Library. If you want those truely gone, you need to us the File Manager to remove those folders.
AFTER the basic Uninstall.
Then use a registry cleaner. IMHO a bit of over kill. as those entries are benign (as the rest of Calibre is)
