Thank you @JimmXinu. I appreciate any help I can get. I have attached a screen shot that shows the meta data is current but the story chapters aren't, and the epub I attached after the update.
I recently had to rebuild everything and I am thinking that I must have a setting wrong, but I am not sure which one.
