Should I Flatten ToC for Kobos?
I'm not sure where the best place to ask this is. But, I've seen references here and there to some devices preferring a flattened ToC. I'm reading on a Kobo Forma and am wondering if I should care one way or another. I've been flattening the ToCs reflexively in Calibre.
