Kobo Libra 2's touchscreen unresponsive on the 2nd day of use
Hello! Sorry if this is not the correct post for this but...
I just recently ordered my first e-reader and went with the Kobo Libra 2, which arrived 2 days ago.
It was working great, and I even used it a couple hours ago without any problems.
But out of nowhere, when I turned it on 20 minutes ago, the screen just became unresponsive. Tapping the screen generates no output, and I can't navigate the kobo unless I long-press (4+ seconds).
I already reset the device (through the settings screen and buttons) and the problem still remains.
I searched if this was a common problem but couldn't find anyone with this problem on the Kobo Libra 2. Has anyone managed to fix it?
A bit disappointed that it would stop working so quickly...
