No build number. If you tap "app version", the Nook will ask you after a few taps if you really want to do a full sync. I tried tapping everything else in that screen. No luck!

This is odd. Under "manage storage", I see that I have over 28GB available. Why would my Mac list it as 5GB, I wonder?

Edit: B&N, you magnificent bastard! I read your book! I found it!! You have to tap the Nook logo directly over the "Check for system update" button under "About". Yes!

Edit #2: adb devices works as expected.
