Kobo website down
I appreciate that people are having different experiences here. However, this isn’t a browser issue, nor a platform issue. There are likely different experiences due to a variety of factors. Local cache, server cache, etc.
I just called Kobo and they are experiencing server issues—starting yesterday afternoon just like some of us noticed. There is no estimation on when the matter will be resolved, but they are aware of it and working on it.
Since syncing is happening, perhaps the Kobo device servers are working, but not the web ones. Personally, I wouldn’t attempt to purchase a book at this time, but only because you might encounter an error and need to waste time with customer support fixing it later.
