Hi, I need help to repair a Kobo Glo device and I will ask (for an image-file) in another thread. It's necessary for me then "receive PM" is turned "on".

In the "Messaging and Notification" part of my profile I can see "Enable Visitor messaging" which is turned "on" already. But I don't know if that's the same as PM.

Can you help me with it? If PM if still "off" could you turn it on for me?
