Unhappy My Kobo got stuck when I was updating!

Hello!

This is my first tablet, I was all excited to be able to read my books and manga on it. Yesterday it came home and I plugged it in to update it, to which the screen went to Black and there is a dotted line across the screen and that's it. It doesn't do anything, it doesn't react, it doesn't turn on, I tried using the paper clip on the Reset button and it doesn't either.

When I connect it to my PC it recognizes that I connected something, but it doesn't know what I connected, it doesn't show the memory nor does the Kobo program recognize the Tablet, only the PC makes the Noise that I connected a device.

I attach a picture of how the Tablet currently looks like, if someone can help me, I would really appreciate it a lot, since I contacted Kobo Support and they told me that where I live there is no support.
