The web site always says "You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired." 
Maybe somebody is filling these surveys for me :-D

I've had this happen more times than I count. In my experience whenever my interaction with their alleged help desk was unsatisfactory, I got the message you did. If the interaction went well., I was able to complete the feedback survey
