ah yes, sorry about that. I was panicking at that moment, couldn't bring the details. First I tried the factory reset option over Kobo's interface (kobo was working when I did that, but it was very very slow) After a while the process started, the screen turned white and never came back. Only the bottom light was blinking. Then I used the "restore" option by holding the key for 30 seconds. In this method, "restoring" text appeared on the black screen in different languages, as it should be. But after a while, it went back to the white screen again. (at this point I set it aside to charge for a long time) So I thought maybe some of the files are distorted and that's why the restoring process is can not be completed.
